<p style="text-align: left;" align="center">On November 1,2011 the federal requirement for an NPDES permit for certain pesticide applications went into effect. <p>Starting on January 1,2012 the Coles County SWCD is now requiring a rental agreement to be filled out and completed in our office before any equipment can be used.  We are now offering a 15 ft John Deere No Till Drill, 5.5ft Truax Flex II Drill and a Woods 6ft Harrow Drill. Rates and agreements are available under the For Rent tab above.</p>
